Sous Chef Job, Temporary or Permanent, Cairngorms area of Scotland

Greycoat Lumley's client is seeking a Sous Chef on a temporary basis until the end of September or permanently in the Cairngorms area of Scotland.  This role is reporting to the Head Chef.  Our client is continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as their multi-faceted portfolio continues to expand into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences. All whilst developing their unique food offering in the Cairngorm region.

This role will suit an experienced Sous Chef with a proven track record in a high quality, creative and innovative environment with experience in fine dining or as a private chef, capable of producing memorable culinary experiences for up to 50 people.

Location:   Based at Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. – will cover at other sites within the Scottish Highlands

Hours: 48 hours per week
