Greycoat Lumleys are proud to be working with Escapade, which is a 5* hotel situated on the track at Silverstone, and Silverstone circuit itself.  We are recruiting for a number of positions, and Waiting Staff is one of them!  We are looking for a team of amazing Waiting Staff, who come from a 4* or 5* background, and who will work on a temporary/casual basis  Additionally, you must have a passion for hospitality and 5* service, whilst performing your job to the highest level.   

As this site is rural, you must be a driver or have access to a car.  There is no public transport nearby.

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly, engaging and open demeanour. 
  • Providing menus, answering questions and making personalised recommendations. 
  • Taking orders. 
  • Setting up and preparing dining tables for the service of guests.
  • Monitoring tables for any necessary clearing and resetting, whilst supporting the overall dining experience. 
  • Knowing the menu inside out and being able to describe menu items, ingredients and preparation techniques
  • Ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen and service staff.
  • Sorting billing and payment in a professional manner. 
  • Having knowledge of allergies and relaying any special requests. 
  • Understanding the menu and being able to describe menu items, ingredients etc. 
  • Working closely with the rest of the serving team.
  • Complying with food safety and health. 

You:
