Personal Butler for UHNW Gentlemen based in Dubai with global travel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Butler to provide exceptional end-to-end personal assistance and support to an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in the UAE (Dubai). The Personal Butler will be responsible for managing all aspects of the principal's personal affairs, including traveling with the principal, organizing personal events, arranging comprehensive travel arrangements for the entourage, and overseeing special areas such as yachts, private jets, wardrobes, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. This position requires travelling to multiple countries with the principle, so preferably a strong passport holder like European, US, Canadian, German, Spanish, Italian, Australian to ensure hassle free visa and immigration clearance. 

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Personal Assistance:

  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end personal assistance and support to the UHNWI in all aspects of daily life

  • Understand the principal's preferences, routines, and requirements to anticipate and fulfill their needs effectively.

  • Coordinate and manage the principal's personal calendar, appointments, and activities.

  • Assist with personal shopping, gift selection, and other personal errands as required.

  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal matters.

Travel Coordination: 

  • Accompany the principal on domestic and international trips, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free travel experience.

  • Take full responsibility for organizing all aspects of business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visas in coordination with the MD’s office.

  • Prepare all necessary bookings and reservations documents well in advance. Coordinate with hotel and restaurant manager for a seamless experience.

  • Provide on-the-go support during travel, including packing, unpacking, handling luggage, managing schedules, and attending to any required tasks or requests.

Personal event or booking Organization: 

  • Arrange and coordinate events or for the principal and the entourage as and when required.

  • Manage all logistical aspects of personal events and meetings, including venue selection, catering and transportation.

  • Ensure seamless execution of events, handling any last-minute changes or adjustments as required.

Wardrobe Management: 

  • Assist the principal in managing and organizing their wardrobe.

  • Coordinate with the principal's stylist and tailor to ensure the wardrobe is well-maintained and updated.

  • Arrange for clothing alterations, dry cleaning, laundry and other wardrobe-related services as required.

High-Level Confidentiality: 

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal matters.

  • Safeguard the privacy and security of the principal's information, both within and outside the work environment.

  • Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures to protect the principal's privacy.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as a Personal Butler or in a similar role, preferably within a high-profile household or with UHNWIs.

  • Strong experience in providing comprehensive end-to-end personal assistance to high-level individuals.

  • Experience in managing yachts, private jets, and wardrobes is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and fulfill the principal's needs.

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Flexibility to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

  • Valid UAE/International driver's license and a clean driving record.
