Cruising Area: TBC (Med / International)

Salary: £8,000 NET per month

Start Date: April (flexibility for the right candidate)

We are seeking an experienced and creative Yacht Chef to join a newly launched 60m private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will deliver refined, restaurant-quality cuisine with a strong focus on French and Italian cooking, alongside a solid understanding of Arabic / Middle Eastern Flavors. This role suits a chef who thrives in a high-standard private environment and enjoys tailoring menus to owners’ and guests’ preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare high-quality meals for the Owner, family, and guests

  • Design varied, seasonal, and nutritionally balanced menus

  • Prepare elegant plated service as well as relaxed family-style dining

  • Cater confidently for dietary requirements and preferences

  • Manage provisioning, inventory, and galley organization

  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards

  • Coordinate smoothly with interior crew to ensure seamless service

  • Adapt cuisine style based on guest profiles and cruising regions

Cuisine Focus

  • French cuisine (classic & modern techniques)

  • Italian cuisine (regional, fresh, high-quality ingredients)

  • Arabic / Middle Eastern cuisine (authentic flavours, spices, mezze, grills)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Yacht Chef

  • Strong culinary training and technical skills

  • Experience on similar size vessels preferred

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Excellent time management and organization

  • Positive, flexible attitude and strong work ethic

  • Valid culinary certificates and food hygiene certification

  • STCW, ENG1
