Beginning at the Oxo Tower, they spent seven years at the 3-Michelin-star Waterside Inn, progressing from commis to Sous Chef, creating dishes featured on the à la carte menu. They later served as Sous Chef at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons, owned a highly regarded restaurant, and published a recipe book. Alongside consultancy and freelance private chef work, their most recent role was as a travelling chef for an UHNW client across the USA, Canada, and the UK for seven years.
