Classically trained at a Michelin-starred country house in the Lake District, this highly skilled chef brings over a decade of experience, including work in a prestigious five-star hotel in Valencia and a three-Michelin-star restaurant in San Sebastian. For the past nine years, he has worked as a private chef for UHNW families across London, Paris, Switzerland, and Hampshire. He has travelled extensively with clients across Europe and the U.S., creating refined, seasonal menus using the finest local and organic produce. With a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and expertise in European and Asian dishes, he is now seeking a new challenge.
