We have qualified chefs looking for chefs, elite security personnel vetting security personnel and parents looking for childcare experts. Every single one of our consultants is an expert in their field - many have worked in the sector they recruit for so have a brilliant network of personally known contacts as well as knowing exactly what to look for in a perfect candidate. Whatever their needs, our clients trust our teams to fulfil them and that is not something we take for granted.
The Greycoat Lumleys Team has been growing steadily for over 25 years and we have approximately 50 full-time members of staff working from our strategically placed offices. We aim to be a positive, cohesive team, helping each other wherever possible to achieve the best outcomes for both our Clients and our Candidates.
Our teams are headed up by our Managing Director, Debbie Salter since November 2010. As well as having many years' recruitment experience, her expertise is in management and training of staff, developing relationships with Clients and Candidates and strategically growing new specialisms.
