Private Household Couple - Switzerland & France - Competitive Salary.  Greycoat Lumleys are delighted to be seeking a suitable Domestic couple to work for a private family between Switzerland and France. The role will include travel to each destination to assist in all private service for the family. The family already employ other Housekeepers and one other Domestic couple. Daily duties will include the following  For Her: • House cleaning • Laundry • Ironing • VIP wardrobe care • Knowledge of the Laurastar steam generator is advantageous • Care of all types of surfaces • Familiarity with modern household appliances and cleaning products • Dog care (we have two German Shepherds) For Him: • Family driver with fluent knowledge of typical navigation systems and Google Maps • Car cleaning • House maintenance and minor repairs • Supervision of technicians and service providers • Grocery shopping • Maintenance of the garden and surrounding area • Dog care  Requirements • European documents/work permit • Driving license for the EU/Switzerland • Languages: English or Russian (German or French is a plus) • No allergies to dogs and advantageous to have familiarity with handling them (two black German Shepherds are part of the household) Accommodation • Switzerland: You may live in a flat with two separate bedrooms, one of which is occupied by another couple working at the villa. The flat is minimally furnished but has a fully equipped kitchen. Apartment in Wädenswil ZH has one bathroom and one kitchen (shared with another couple if both couples are in Wädenswil ZH). Washing machines are shared and located on the ground floor of the building. The flat is a 15- minute walk from the villa, and a bicycle can be provided. • France: A small studio will be provided during your stay. It includes cooking facilities, a washing machine, furniture, and internet access. Located on the Villa territory. Working Hours • Switzerland: You will work 5 days a week, with 2 days off determined by the employer. The working day is 8 hours, according to the employer's schedule. Possible overtime will be compensated with additional rest time or otherwise as agreed with the employer. • France: You will work 6 days a week from June to the end of September. Compensation for the additional workdays will be discussed separately, potentially resulting in fewer working days in Zurich. Additional Information • Smoking is prohibited on the villa premises. • Consumption of alcohol on working days and use of narcotic drugs are strictly prohibited. • A work uniform will be provided by the employer. Head Chef Role – Small Family Estate   A UHNW VIP client in Amman, Jordan has enlisted Greycoat Lumleys exclusively to seek a capable Private Chef to join their close knit and well gelled Private Staff. The family live in a large “family estate/Palace” with multiple properties. This is a full time residence but he family travel often and the chef would not be required to travel & therefore demands rise and fall. We are seeking a Private Chef for a HNW family based in Amman, Jordan. The family, has a passion for diverse culinary experiences and cherishes home-cooked meals, savouring the flavours of classic British cuisine, indulging in delicate French dishes, and enjoying the vibrant tastes of Mediterranean - authentic Italian, all kinds of Asian, and Middle Eastern food. Their love for food knows no boundaries, they seek a chef who shares their enthusiasm for these varied culinary traditions. Reporting directly to the family and working alongside the House Management team the Private Chef will: Prepare daily meals for family members and guests, in accordance with the household’s preferences and dietary needs.  Cater dinner parties and special events, bringing in sous chefs as needed.  Working with the house staff, source all ingredients, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and all cooking equipment. Ensure proper food storage and handling to maintain freshness and prevent wastage. Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth and seamless service. Manage special requests and cater to individual preferences of the household members. Provide exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all meal times. Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe kitchen environment. Private Chef Requirements: Strong knowledge of various cuisine's, cooking techniques and dietary restrictions. Including, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Italian cuisine's.  Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the household’s culinary needs. The family now hope to find someone with a more rounded and worldly understanding of fine dining as well as the ability to simply rustle up a  simple favourite salad or pasta dish. The ability to gell with the rest of the household team and operate without too much of an ego is just as important as their skill in the kitchen.   All members of the family have travelled widely and most studied abroad both in the US and UK so have a grown up eating all kind of foods. The family seek a determined hard worker to grow the Private Household team and provide daily cooking for all 6 members of the party. Travelling Chef Job

Travelling Chef Role - Private family - UK, USA, Switzerland & Bahamas  A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a clean, organised and practical Household Cook/Chef to work with the family on a travelling basis. The family consists of the two Principals and 3 grown up children who come and go. “It is usually just my husband and I”. The client rarely entertains for more than 4 people so the daily cooking demands are not over strenuous. “Working hours, this has to be flexible.. but we eat breakfast around 7, lunch around 1 dinner around 7.30 if there are no guests. If we have guests, which tends to be in the summer and winter time, then the times are a little different. There are often times where we don’t have lunch or dinner…so it is a little bit of a flexible job…some months like Xmas , August are harder other months very calm...” Switzerland, the UK, the Bahamas and the USA is one of the main places of work and the client would be responsible for applying fro work permits/Visas in each location of work. The client has 6 different homes. As this is a permanent position for a travelling chef, this role is seeking someone unattached and able to travel constantly alongside the family. Candidates must be able to drive and be responsible for the shopping daily. Candidates must not be smokers or heavy drinkers. The client is self-described as meticulous and hygiene is incredibly important in each household. “I don’t want a cook who goes into the kitchen, cooks up a storm and then walks out leaving the other staff to clean it, in short he/she are in charge of the kitchen. We are an Italian family and we tend to eat very healthy. very plant based, Italian, not heavy, some in the family are gluten and or dairy free. love healthy vegan foods.” The successful applicant would be solely responsible for health and hygiene within the kitchen and keeping an immaculate and orderly working area. Maintenance Person / Gardener - St Tropez , France Greycoat Lumleys has the great pleasure of assisting a family to find them two experienced and hands on Gardener/Maintenance people for a large private Villa in St Tropez.  This is a live out position.  The property is well known on the French Riviera and has iconic architecture, it also has a small domain, vineyards and olive groves, sea views and true period architecture. The property has extensive gardens, 8 bedrooms as well as many of the facilities that you would expect such as, Gym, wellness area and swimming pool. The client seeks an experienced person with at least five years of experience in the Private Household industry (with good longevity) and preferably a knowledge of the local area. The successful applicant would have skills in Facility Management and gardening. These roles are more clearly defined in the below Job brief. The family who has children are in direct contact with Greycoat Lumleys, through the lady Principal so that Interviews can be arranged directly with the Principals. Role: HANDS ON Facility Manager/Gardener Hours: 40H / week Language: Fluent in English, and/or in German (French is also very beneficial) Responsibilities: Minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings and objects in the house and on the property Technical versed (High-end technology throughout the whole residence - Heating, ventilation, sanitation) Supervision and coordination of craftsmen Maintenance of the entire private garden area including lawn and plant care, watering, keeping the pool area clean and all work required to maintain the garden and driveway. Maintenance of the vehicle fleet (manual washing of vehicles and refuelling) Must haves: Many years of professional experience in facility management Excellent references from previous employers Independent and proactive way of working Valid EU passport Valid drivers license Willingness to work at the weekends and during holiday season when technical problems occur.
