Private Chef (Live-out)  Marbella, Spain Overview: A principal with a luxury residence in Marbella is seeking a talented and flexible Private Chef to provide daily meals and oversee all culinary requirements in the household of one Male Principal. The role is best suited to a chef comfortable and experienced with a Ketogenic diet & experience with healthy refined dining as well as barbeque-style cooking, and hosting small groups of family and friends. Household Context: Small luxury villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool and wellness. Single Principal travels frequently but Marbella property is his main residence. Family and guests visit sporadically, usually small groups (up to 10 guests for 2–3 day stays). Two German Shepherds who eat twice per day and are important parts of the principals life. Culinary Responsibilities: Prepare the principal’s main daily meal, usually at midday. He rarely eats outside of this and fasts most days Plan and execute healthy, ketogenic-style meals aligned with principal’s dietary preferences (one-meal-a-day / intermittent fasting routine). Shop for fresh, high-quality produce and manage kitchen supplies. Prepare meals for guests during family/friend visits (casual style, up to 10 guests). Flexibility for occasional dinners, events, and barbeque set-ups. Maintain a clean, organised kitchen at all times. Prepare raw food diet for the two dogs. Candidate Requirements: Trained chef with private household or high-end restaurant background. Verifiable references Strong knowledge of healthy cuisine, ketogenic/low-carb cooking, and Mediterranean flavours. Comfortable with both everyday, simple meals and entertaining small groups. Discreet, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules. Ability to manage kitchen independently (shopping, stock, planning). Driving licence preferred due to location. Meal Preparation To source and procure all ingredients for meals and build a good rapport with local suppliers. To use fresh fruit and vegetables from the kitchen garden and to liaise with the gardeners about availability and quantity of fruit and vegetables required. To maintain the stocks of staple ingredients in the pantry. To prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and supper/dinner according for the principals, their family and guests. To ensure the highest standards of food hygiene are observed in the storage, preparation and service of food. To complete shared menu templates in advance, update and record guest and staff dietary requirements, and relevant information on kitchen laptop device To ensure wine cellar stocks are managed and maintained.
