Live Out Permanent Part Time Chef Job in Oxfordshire A lovely family are looking for a part time Chef to assist in their family home in Oxfordshire, Thursday to Sundays. You will mainly be cooking for the family, which includes both parents and their three children, serving food and beverages throughout the day. You may also be required to cook for the household staff on occasion. They are looking for someone with a passion for healthy living, experience of catering for various dietary requirements (including food intolerances; gluten and diary) and can be creative using both luxurious menus and cooking interesting but healthy food. The family are very down to earth and there is no room for ego. They like to eat family style and have gluten, dairy allergies. The family travel between properties relatively frequently and the main three properties are Zurich, Gstaad and Monaco. The family have refined tastes and as much as they love home comforts, they are equally seeking a chef who can keep menus exciting and who has gastronomic pedigree, beautiful plating skills and fine dining experience. The family is self admittedly spoiled with quality and need someone who can keeps things exciting and flavorful as well as having an outgoing personality and can-do attitude. The family is seeking someone with a gastronomic background who is also happy to help around the house and carry out some jobs that are not specific to the kitchen. This is of course when the priority is not the kitchen, and the family is perhaps not in residence. Guardianship Couple Role on a Tuscan Hillside 20 km South of Florence. April 2024 Start date.  A wonderful American couple who own a 16 century Tuscan farm house which they have renovated to a high standard are seeking a domestic guardianship couple to manage this exquisite property. The Principals have owned the property for 19 years and would like to offer the position on a live in basis. The accommodation offered to staff is of a very good standard, large with beautiful views and comes at no additional cost. The family also employ a range of third-party contractors, and therefore it is essential in this rural area of Italy that at least one candidate speak fluent Italian. This is a guardianship role for an experienced couple, who like the outdoors and are energetic and proactive with their day to day tasks. Initiative takers who understand that if issues come up they need to be dealt with efficiently and quickly. Technical hands-on skills and enthusiastic outgoing personalities will be highly valued by the employers. The Principals spend about 4/5 months of each year at this property which is also sometimes rented out during the summer months. No additional services (apart from check in and check out) are required from the couple. Housekeeper Job

Full time Houskeeper Kitzbühel – Year-round Contract at family secondary residence A new Client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a professional Private Housekeeper for their beautiful property in Kitzbühel. The contract would respect a 40-hour working week but the candidate would be required to give their availability to the client at weekends and on public holidays. The property experiences seasonality of demand. The property is around 1.500 sqm including garden and is in an alpine ski resort so previous ski resort experience will be advantageous to this role. The role will require an active individual who is capable of snow clearing, driving on mountain roads and light gardening duties. The position requires high attention to detail and an experienced professional Housekeeper who takes care and of a property as if it was their own and shows high levels of professional cleaning of high-quality furnishings, Good laundry experience and experience of cleaning products for a variety of surfaces.  The role will also involve light household cooking for the family. The previous Housekeeper who is leaving at the end of November after five years of service loved the position and is only moving to be closer to her family in the UK. Main Responsibilities: Professional cleaning of residence (high- quality furnishing) Exclusive laundry care (silk, cashmere etc.) Errands and shopping (e.g. grocery shopping, taking special clothes to an official laundry store, post office etc.) Breakfast preparation and occasional cooking Supervision and coordination of craftsmen Gardening (Mowing the lawn, clearing the snow, watering of flowers, terrace plants etc.) Requirements of the candidate: Multiple years of professional experience as a housekeeper in an HNW household & VIP environment Excellent references from previous employers Excellent cleaning experience of high-quality surfaces (Marble, Parkette & Slate flooring.)
