Domestic Couple Job - Turks and Caicos Incredible role open to British Nationals with experience with a start date in early 2026 A family based in the incredible Turks & Caicos Islands (Caribbean) are seeking an experienced Domestic/property management provider, personal catering and housekeeping service to their family.  The properties are state-of-the-art and require real attention to detail, the family is relaxed and approachable. The family who are originally British and have British values but are down to earth and not overly formal, are seeking 5 days per week cover, cooking, service and housekeeping. There will be a requirement for flexibility to changing demands of the family and candidates should not be clock watchers or overly stuck in routine, but be malleable and flexible enough to adapt to changing family circumstances and requirements. The family consists of six adults over two generations & two children (10 & 14). The family currently has local staff as well as a management couple in place who were recruited by Greycoat Lumleys. The successful Couple applicants should be able to cover all of the following skills and experience. Cooking to a good household standard, but not expecting Michelin level. The ability to step up to a good dinner party standard and provide canapé service for events is crucial. Variety and Confidence are buzzwords.  Housekeeping and overseeing cleanliness standards in all areas with a hands-on approach Service with a smile mentality  Good understanding of Modern Technology systems and air conditioning Teamwork and team mentality  Daily provision and shopping for the households Preparation for events, barbeques and garden parties (occasionally at late notice) Ideally, both candidates will be drivers Candidates are encouraged to apply provided that they have Verifiable references and an excellent track record in Domestic service or in the ski industry. As an overseas British Territory, candidates with a British passport may also apply. As it is a government requirement, candidates must be happy to undertake a full health screening in the Turks and Caicos as part of their application for a work visa which woudl be facilitated by the family office.  There are frequent direct flights to the UK and the USA. Benefit from no income tax, but living costs are relatively high. The position of Domestic couples is offered on a live-out basis, and the family provide accommodation of a good standard. Key Responsibilities Cooking & Preparation Consistently prepare high-end, restaurant-quality meals with excellent taste and presentation. Serve typically lunch and dinner daily, with longer days including breakfast when required. Use only organic, high-quality, and approved ingredients. Prepare special dietary meals including Keto, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and children-friendly menus. Bake and create engaging, nutritious food for children. Family Preferences & Menu Planning Maintain detailed records of family preferences, favourite recipes, and ingredients for consistency. Create weekly menus combining staples, favourites, and innovative dishes. Communicate with the family to confirm selections in advance and ensure timely preparation and sourcing. Ensure continuity so another chef can step in smoothly on days off or during absence. Shopping & Stock Management Shop for the freshest organic ingredients, building menus around seasonal and exceptional products. Conduct daily inventory of pantry and perishables. Remove expired items immediately and ensure strict food safety standards. Avoid over-purchasing and minimise waste. Service & Kitchen Management Work closely with the Butler / Service Manager to ensure smooth service. Step in to serve meals personally when required. Maintain the kitchen, fridges, freezers and storage areas in immaculate, organised condition. Wash dishes and clean all food preparation areas thoroughly. Provide feedback to improve household service standards and protocols. Candidate Profile 3–5+ years’ experience as a Private Chef for HNW families with children. Strong background in European and international cuisine (preference for European-trained chefs). Confident cooking refined yet simple food at a consistently high standard. Part-Time House Manager/Cook Job, London A busy professional mum is seeking a reliable, proactive Part-Time House Manager/Cook to support the smooth running of a family home shared with two teenage daughters (present every other week). The role combines household management, light administrative support, and family meal preparation. This position offers some flexibility; while a portion of duties must be done in person, certain tasks can be completed remotely. On the weeks when the girls are at home, the successful candidate will prepare a home-cooked family dinner to be served around 6.30pm. Household Management Manage and coordinate other household support, including cleaners and handymen. Keep all household areas tidy and organised. Handle household deliveries (receiving, unpacking, storing). Maintain household subscriptions and inventories for cleaning products and essentials.
