PA / Administrator, Berkshire, South of England An exciting opportunity to join a distinguished private estate, supporting both business operations and household affairs. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and adaptable PA / Administrator — someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys a role where no two days are the same. You will support across corporate administration, event coordination, estate management and private PA duties for the principals and their family. This position would suit an experienced Administrator, Team Assistant or PA who is ready to step into a broader role with genuine responsibility and trust. Key duties include: • Front of house responsibilities including calls, deliveries and post management • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems and compliance documentation • Coordinating external suppliers and contractors • Website updates, newsletters and social media content management • Supporting event bookings and coordination (including private estate events) • Private PA support to the principals and their family • Full administrative support for an associated charitable organisation • Drafting agreements and supporting property administration tasks • Household and family calendar management • Travel logistics and itineraries • Handling budgets, expenses and insurance policies • Personal support including errands and occasional driving • Coordinating household staff, contractors and maintenance • School and family-related administration • Support with pets, guests and seasonal family events when required The successful candidate will be confident working independently, able to prioritise a varied workload, and calm under pressure. The position is based within a family home of six, which includes four young children. The family currently employs a Chef specialising in European cuisine, and this new appointment will complement that role by introducing authentic Hong Kong flavours and variety to their daily meals. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that reflect the traditions of Hong Kong and Cantonese cooking, while also adapting meals to suit the needs and preferences of children. Responsibilities include menu planning, sourcing fresh ingredients, and maintaining a high standard of organisation and cleanliness within the kitchen. Close collaboration with the European Chef will be essential to ensure that the family enjoys a balanced and diverse dining experience. Applicants should demonstrate proven experience in preparing Hong Kong cuisine, ideally within a private household or a fine-dining environment. A flexible and professional approach, creativity, and the ability to work harmoniously as part of a household team are all key qualities sought for this role. Live-In or Live-Out Private Chef Job, Hampshire A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a talented and versatile Chef to join a family in Hampshire. The role is based in a stunning Tudor house set on 150 acres of beautiful countryside, yet close to large towns, offering the perfect balance of rural tranquillity and convenience. The successful candidate will primarily cook for four family members, with additional guests on occasion. The property experiences busy periods when the family are in residence and entertaining, as well as quieter weeks when cooking for fewer people, so flexibility is essential. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, menu planning, and shopping, when the days a quieter you will only be required to cook lunch and dinner. The family enjoys meals influenced by Ottolenghi and a family-style approach on a day-to-day basis, alongside more formal plated course for events and entertaining. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the existing team, which includes an Estate Manager, couple, Housekeeper, and Groundsman. The property features a large kitchen garden and fruit trees, giving you the chance to create dishes from fresh produce and experiment with preserves, chutneys, and seasonal cooking. The family has two dogs, so confidence around pets is important. It is an ideal opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with seasonal ingredients, creating memorable meals, and being part of a supportive household team in a beautiful rural setting.  Accommodation: Provided, a separate one-bedroom cottage, and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
