Caretaker / Driver Job - Nr Clitheroe, Lancashire
Our client is looking for an experienced Caretaker / Driver to take on a role looking after a large family home near Clitheroe, Lancashire. The property is classic and modern in style so needs someone who is able to look after the general property maintenance and keep it to a high standard.
The family have school aged children and dogs. Gardening, cleaning and childcare staff are also employed.
Duties will include:
Houseman / Handyman / Driver / Gardener
- Household security
- Managing plant room
- Managing servicing
- Property maintenance
- DIY, painting and decorating
- Driving (including evenings)
- Looking after the household vehicles
- Helping the Gardeners if needed
- Clearing ice / snow in the winter
- Bringing in logs for fires / laying fires
- Wine cellar management
This will be a full-time role, working mainly Monday to Friday with some flexibility needed on evenings and weekends

£35,000+ per candidate based on experience
