A family based in St John's Wood are looking for an intelligent and physically and mentally disciplined Chauffeur to join their household.
The ideal candidate will have advanced driving skills alongside close protection training or an ex-military or ex-police background.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a traditional Chauffeuring role, supporting a family who are looking for someone to stay with them long-term.
Main duties and responsibilities
Taking to principals to work, appointments, meetings and social engagements
School runs
Route planning
Airport runs
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet of cars
Assessing risk and being conscious of hazards whilst chauffeuring the family
Key requirements and desirable attributes
5 years' experience working as a chauffeur in London for a private family
Advanced driving skills/ qualifications
Superb geographical knowledge of London
Calm and professional demeanour
Close protection training or ex-military or ex-police background
Strong planning skills, taking into account the diaries of multiple family members
Alert, responsive and mentally focused, with strong risk assessment skills
Physically fit with superb standards of dress and personal presentation
Superb understanding of discretion and confidentiality
Start date: May 2024 (flexibility on this)
Working hours: 7.15am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 7.45am - 1pm on Saturday or Sunday (5.5 day working week). The principals go away during the school holidays and so your hours will dramatically reduce during these periods. There is the opportunity for this to be a Monday - Friday role for the right candidate.
Salary: £55k+ GPA
