Private Cook, Custodian, Dog Carer Job
Greycoat Lumley’s client are seeking a Live In Full Time Cook/House Custodian/Dog Carer in South West Cork, Ireland. Many foodie people know of the area and harbour ambitions to live there. The coastline is beautiful and it is a very desirable place to live. Bantry is 10k away, Skibereen c25k and Schull c15k away.
There is an extensive kitchen garden and the estate produces its own vegetables.
Duties include:
Cooking for the Principals incorporating produce from the kitchen garden
Security of the property
Care for 2 incredibly well behaved Labradors who are in permanent residence
The Principals will be in residence 50% of their time throughout the year. There are two longstanding outdoor staff at the property.
The property is on the sea front with a stunning beach about 20 mins away.
There does need to be flexibility to work weekends, particularly when the Principals are in residence
Driver essential – with own car preferred
Salary: €35,000 to €45,000 GPA
Accommodation: 2 bedroom cottage - (has a log burner and air source heat pump). There is a heated swimming pool and hot tub which would be available to the Incumbent to use. Children and a dog are welcome
