Couple Job near to Braemar, Scotland
Greycoat Lumleys has a wonderful opportunity for a Couple who are able to manage their own duties and responsibilities working in a wonderful location near to Braemar, Scotland. The properties the Couple will manage are privately owned by a family and they are rented out on a self catering basis. There are 2 properties with 4 bedroom each (a 3rd will be added at a later date).
The duties will include:
Responsible for the maintenance of the properties and surrounding land
Housekeeping of the properties for guest arrival and change overs
Laundry and ironing
Booking confirmation and understanding what the local area has to offer to visitors
Meeting and greeting guests
Excellent communication with the family to ensure they are aware of any matter relating to the properties, the business and guests etc.
Start: January or February 2025
Salary: £60,000 depending on experience
Accommodation: 2 bedroom separate property - pets allowed within reason
Council Tax is covered by the owners.
Utility bills will be contributed towards by the owners.
