Executive Assistant Job
Greycoat Lumleys client are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for their Private Estate in Perthshire. The role is to assist the Principal and family with the daily running and administration of domestic house(s) and associated activities.
The role will grow with experience of the individual and include management and over-sight of running of other properties used by family members.
Duties Include:
Single point of contact for the Principal and family in arranging visits and associated family activities (i.e. visits/calendar, bookings, insurance)
Upkeep and oversight of the family’s houses (cleaning/housekeeping)
Communication with Estate Manager and Head of Trustee Office where necessary
House management and onsite security
Responsibility for and management of housekeeper and seasonal cooking staff
Management and responsibility for wider domestic staff at two other family homes
Communication with contractors
Management of domestic house finances and arrangement of groceries/subsistence items where necessary
Follow health, safety and environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as set out by the Estate at all times.
These duties are an outline of what is required in the role and will vary depending on the requirements of the Principal, family and the estate. Applicants must have a flexible approach and be able to represent the family and estate in a professional manner at all times.
Accommodation: 2 bedroom cottage in good condition, in the grounds of the estate
Council Tax included in the package
Utility bills are the responsibility of the candidate (Oil central heating)
Start: April 2024
Salary: £40,000 GPA
Hours: 40 per week but there must be flexibility as with working on an Private Estate there will be busy and quiet periods.
