Gardener / Maintenance / Caretaker / Driver Job - Nr Macclesfield Cheshire - separate one bed accommodation - start ASAP - £35,000+ GPA
Our client is looking for an experienced Gardener / Maintenance / Caretaker / Driver to look after a large private property near Macclesfield, Cheshire. The family are looking for a candidate who has experience working in a similar role for a private client, who is trustworthy, flexible and who can manage their own time.
Duties will include:
- General maintenance gardening and generally keep all outside areas clean, tidy and well presented
- Working alongside additional gardeners who work at the property on a part-time basis
- Ensuring there is sufficient security and protection at the property at all times, day or night
- Undertaking preventative maintenance and general household maintenance tasks
- Maintain perimeter and boundaries
- Servicing and maintenance of swimming pool
- Overseeing trades and contractors
- Taking in deliveries
- Chauffeuring and valeting of all vehicles on a weekly basis
- Daily dog walks, feeding, washing and grooming and dog sitting - must be dog friendly
The client would ideally like someone to live in but might consider very local live out candidates at this stage but you must be happy to help with some house and dog sitting
Accommodation - Separate one bed accommodation, furnished and all bills paid - sorry no partners / dependents / pets

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with a 1 hour break for lunch
£35,000+ depending on experience
