Live Out Groundsman Position, Hampshire
Our clients are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Groundsman to join their team and maintain their 400-acre property along with 2 others. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Hedge cutting
- Operate heavy machinery
- Maintenance of grounds and trees
- Forestry work
- Maintain the grounds of the property, including mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, and removing weeds
- Plant and maintain flowers and other plants on the property
- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways during the winter months
- Repair and maintain fences, gates, and other outdoor structures
- Perform pest control and weed control
- Keep the grounds clean and free of debris
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Must have a valid chainsaw license
- Experience in grounds maintenance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £40k-£45k
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
