A client of ours - a new casual Lebanese bakery located in Victoria. By honouring the culinary street food heritage, we blend in modern flavours and invite different cultures to partake in what Beirut streets have always loved.
Is looking for skilled and passionate Head Baristas who will play a crucial role in creating exceptional coffee experiences. You should have a strong background in coffee preparation, customer service, and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality beverages. You must be adaptable and able to work in a busy environment whilst delivering excellent quality and service standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service.
Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
