Live-out Housekeeper opportunity - St Tropez, France - August 2024 start
Our client has recently purchased one of the most prestigious Coastal Chateau's in St Tropez, France. We are now seeking Housekeepers for the residence working with a small team. This is a long-term full time position, seeking only those looking for a long-term appointment. The role will be to work for a European family and the residence is not their main home as the family are based in Germany.
The property is undergoing a huge refurbishment which will be completed in October 2024 so the client hopes to engage people who would be happy to assist with he cleaning of the property post refurbishment and join the team at the end of August 2024. At the start this role will involve cleaning after builders and interior designers and would not include direct service for the principals who will not yet be in residence.
Duties:
Professional cleaning of residence (high-quality furnishing)
Laundry care - high standard
Ad-hoc errands and shopping
Breakfast prep and occasional cooking
Supervision of tradespeople when on site
Must Haves:
5 years + as a private Housekeeper for a HNW/UHNW residence
Be able to commute daily to the residence, only seeking those currently living in the area
Longevity and consistency in long term roles, the client will not consider those who have moved around
Excellent verifiable references
Valid EU passport or French Working Visa
Basic French upwards
Fluent in English
Holidays to be taken in parallel to the clients
Cooking skills for light cooking
co-ordination of potentially one more housekeeper
