Housekeeper / Manager Live-in - North Ibiza, Rural location - small organic family farm and residence
A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a Housekeeper / Manager to assist with maintaining a very high level of cleanliness for this small organic farm and residence in Northern Ibiza. The environment is very positive, low drama and the ideal would be a housekeeper who can really fit in with the farm staff and the principal. She principal spends typically two weeks a month in the residence and this would suit a housekeeper who loves a rural, animal friendly environment.
Details:
- The home is a large residence with one PT Hk who lives out and small farm team
- The principal flies from the Netherlands every 2 weeks on average
- The Housekeeper / Manager will be expected to be hands on with cleaning, dusting, ironing, vacuuming and polishing
- The other duties include feeding the donkeys and picking up fresh eggs from the chickens
- Help with food prep although no real cooking
- Take part in fun activities with the children on the rare occasion they visit the farm
- Short car trips, maybe airport runs
To be considered
- Must have an EU (non uk) passport, please be respectful that this is not negotiable
- It is essential that you have a background in PRIVATE household housekeeping, and or household management or 5* Hospitality with verifiable references
- Must be happy to assist with the children on occasion and be animal friendly
- Driving essential
- Must be fluent in English, Spanish an advantage
- Must be emotionally intelligent and be someone who likes to get involved with the family
Benefits
- Self contained separate accommodation on the farm
- 5 days a week, typically 8hrs per day, with weekends on occasion with days off in the week
- Salary of circa €3,000 to €3,500 net per month
