Private Household HR Director Job with remote working

An opportunity has become available for an experienced individual to implement and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and coordination of staff, across a UHNWI’s multiple households.

You will work closely with the Principal’s senior members of staff to ensure that his private households that are located globally are running seamlessly.

This is not a traditional HR role and so a CIPD is not required, however, you must have a minimum of three years’ experience managing the staffing, contracts, rotas and recruitment for a fully staffed private household.

This role is remote working, although you may be required on occasion to travel to the client’s home in Mayfair.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Forming strong relationships with Recruitment Companies and Head-hunters and working closely with them on any staffing searching

  • Filtering CVs and setting up interviews with any potential new hires

  • Drafting contracts; consulting with the principals Lawyers as necessary

  • Onboarding all new staff

  • Devising staff rotas

  • Payroll for all household staff

  • Personal liability insurance and health insurance for all household staff

  • Serve as a point of contact for household staff for any HR-related issues or concerns.

Salary: highly competitive, depending on experience
