Live in Couple Job in Essex
Wonderful opportunity to work in a newly refurbished private home for a Couple. They have 2 grown up children and 2 large dogs. The property is a stunning newly built house with 4 bedrooms on 10 acres of land.
A team of gardeners and an on site evening security team will be employed.
Duties to include but not limited:
Housekeeping
Laundry, ironing and fabric care
Occasional cooking when required
Running errands and shopping
Interior and exterior maintenance
Swimming pool and tennis court maintenance
Handy man responsibilities
Houseman duties and assisting your partner with housekeeping
Driving duties
Vehicle maintenance
Animal care – taking the dogs to the vets, cleaning them after walks etc
Liaising with contractors
Assisting with garden maintenance
This a great role for a discreet couple who are good communicators and able to take initiative and have a positive disposition.
Start date: April / May
Working week: Monday to Friday, 8-10 hours a day with a break. Occasional flexibility to work on weekends.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 gross per annum
Driving: at least one must be a confident driver and a car will be provided for work purposes
Accommodation: A separate open plan 1 bedroom property opposite the house with a private driveway. Pets might be considered for the right couple.
