Live in Couple Job in Surrey
We have a wonderful position, for a pro-active and meticulous Couple to replace a housekeeper of 12 years taking care of a private and discreet couple. The principals have other properties in North London, Chelsea and abroad. The principals travel between their properties frequently so there will be down times. You would be mainly based at their Surrey property but you would be required to go and stay at their Chelsea property periodically.
You must be a confident driver and be happy to drive between the couples 3 properties. There are no pets, children or cooking required.
Duties to include
- Cleaning of the Chelsea home 2 days a week
- Cleaning of their North London property 1 day per week
- Cleaning of their Surrey property 2 days a week
- Driving duties and vehicle maintenance
- Laundry & Ironing
- Running errands and shopping
- Household maintenance duties (changing bulbs, checking boilers etc)
- Handyman duties (minor repairs and basic DIY)
- Liaising with and supervising contractors
- Keeping the courtyards clean and sweeping leaves
- Security
Start date: ASAP
Working week: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility
Accommodation: brand new flat with exterior courtyard. When you go to stay at the Chelsea property, there is a 2-bedroom apartment. Well behaved pet will be considered.
Driving: ideally both but at least one must be a confident driver
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 gross per annum
