Live In Couples Job - North Lincolnshire - £60,000+ GPA

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper & Estate Worker Couple to look after a large formal home in Lincolnshire.  

The role will be a combination of hands-on housekeeping, cleaning and also household laundry and general estate work for a partner.  Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to work on one’s own initiative, and able to be discreet and blend in the background and also be happy to work as part of the wider estate team.

Duties will include:

  • Hands on cleaning
  • Following the cleaning schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal basis
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Overall you will be responsible for the smooth running of the house and ensure that it is ready for use when the family visits but most importantly keeping it feeling like a family home
  • General handyman and maintenance tasks working inside in main property and additional estate properties as well as working on the wider estate
  • Managing logs for the house, looking after the log stores and setting fires.
  • Painting and decorating
  • Driving duties and running errands
  • Pool cleaning
  • General work on the estate and working with the wider estate team.

Normal hours of work will be 40 hours Monday to Friday with 2 weekends per month (time taken in lieu or extra pay)

Driver essential as in rural location

Accommodation provided on the estate - depending on the couple

Start as soon as they find the right person

£60,000+ GPA
