Part-time live-in Housekeeper job outside Basingstoke, Hampshire
A lovely, informal family with 3 children are seeking a part-time Housekeeper to help care for them and their beautiful 8-bedroom home. You must be pet friendly, as the family have 2 dogs, 2 outdoor cats and 3 horses. They are looking for someone proactive, able to use their initiative, and happy to muck in wherever needed around the home.
Duties to include
• Hands on cleaning
• Laundry duties – washing and ironing
• Helping with the animals on occasion
• Dog walking
• Light horse duties – leading horses in, breaking water if frozen, catching them when required
• Chicken care when the principals are away – feeding, and letting them in and out of the coop
Driving is essential, and you must have your own car.
Hours: 30–35 hours per week, including every second weekend for pet care (dogs can be left alone for up to 5 hours at a time).
Accommodation: Self-contained, large 1 bedroom with separate garden, all bills covered. Partners and a pet will be considered.
Salary is Flexible based on experience.
