Live in Housekeeper Job in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Greycoat Lumleys are seeking to recruit an experienced live in Housekeeper for a 5-bedroom property in High Wycombe. This is a position with a returning client, and the family also have a residence in Central London, where they would like the Housekeeper to work once a week.

The clients have a teenager who boards at school. The role is predominantly housekeeping-focused. The family also have two dogs, and daily dog-walking is required, so the candidate must be dog-friendly.

The live-in accommodation consists of a private bedroom and bathroom on the top floor of the house.

Duties & Requirements:

  • All general housekeeping duties

  • Laundry and ironing

  • Silver polishing

  • Deep cleaning

  • Wardrobe management

  • Running errands

  • Cooking occasionally would be a bonus

  • Pet-friendly (daily dog walking required)

  • Child-friendly (no childcare required)

  • Driving is a bonus, but is not required

Property Details:

  • Main Residence: 5-bedroom country house

  • Additional Property: 2-bedroom flat in London (one working day per week)

  • Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am–7 pm, with an extended break during the day (8 working hours total)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 GPA
