Live in Housekeeper All rounder Job in Worcestershire
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys – a delightful couple with two grown-up children who visit them occasionally are looking to hire a Housekeeper to help them in their 8-bedroom house in Worcestershire. This role will consist of upholding the highest cleaning standards on a day-to-day basis, laundry, cooking, running errands and any other ad hoc household administration duties that may arise during the working day. The clients travel to Switzerland for a few months at the start of the year and would ideally like the candidate to travel with them. The clients are looking for someone who can offer flexibility as they are happy to be flexible themselves. They may get pets in the future so the ideal candidate would be pet-friendly.
Duties to include:
All housekeeping duties including Laundry and Ironing
Cooking mostly dinner and occasional lunches
Other ad hoc duties as required
Dealing with contractors and household admin
We are looking for someone upbeat, friendly, conscientious, and dependable - who takes pride in their work and who has great attention to detail, Checkable references and previous experience working in similar roles are a must. A Spanish speaker would be a bonus. A driving licence is required.
Property: 8-bedroom house
Accommodation: A suite in the main house – living room bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. In a years time a one bedroom property will be available on site.
Working week: 45 hours, 5 days a week working over weekends with two days off in the week.
Start date: As soon as the right person is found
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Depending on experinece
