Live in or Live out Housekeeper Job near Sandy, Bedfordshire
An experienced Housekeeper is required for a lovely couple to look after themselves and their beautiful 9-bedroom family home. They do entertain regularly during the shooting season - mainly during the weekends, therefore flexibility to work weekends is desirable. They have a baby and while there is no nanny duties, being child friendly is important.
You must be animal friendly as they have 3 friendly Labradors. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who is flexible and able to get involved in whatever needs doing.
Duties to include:
Hands-on housekeeping, cleaning, and tidying to a high standard
Laundry, washing and ironing
Changing beds
Assisting with cooking
Helping when the family entertain
Setting the tables for guests
Dog sitting
Other ad hoc duties as required
Partners and pets will be considered.
Driving would be a bonus but is not essential.
Accommodation: 2-bedroom self-contained flat attached to the main house with a separate garden.
Hours: 40 hours,5 days a week
Salary: Market rate depending on experience
