Live in or Live out Housekeeper Job in Marlborough, Wiltshire
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking to hire a live in housekeeper to help maintain their six-bedroom manor house in Wiltshire. The household consists of parents and their four children, aged three, five, nine, and ten, as well as a Labrador retriever dog and a cat. They already have a part-time nanny for childcare support. The family is seeking an additional pair of hands to assist with household tasks and help with child-related duties as needed.
Duties include:
- Daily cleaning, doing laundry, and ironing
- Organising the home
- Occasional cooking would be a bonus
- Helping with childcare
- Pet care
- House sitting would be a bonus
The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role and references are required.
House: Six-bedroom manor house with two floors, situated on three acres of land
Working Days & Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 8 PM (with a long break during the day); Wednesday to Friday in the mornings
Accommodation: Recently renovated barn featuring a kitchenette and a separate entrance, located 40 meters from the main house - Pets and Partners will be considered
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 GPA Depending on the days and experience
