Live out Housekeeper Job, Cotswolds
A Long-standing Client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join their team of staff, helping to look after their beautiful 10-bedroom home in the cots wolds which is currently undergoing rennovations. The Family consist of two adults and their son who attends boarding school completing the family are 2 dogs. The family often have extended members of the family and their children coming to stay at the same time. They are looking for an all-rounder, who is friendly, dependable, and proactive - who takes pride in their work, is happy to be flexible and be a part of an established team. The family travel frequently between here and their other properties. When the family are not in residence you are expected to keep the property maintained to a high standard in case of a last-minute arrival. When the family are in residence You will need to have an all-hands-on-deck attitude and be able to muck in where needed to make the family trip run smoothly.
Duties to include:
- Cleaning, laundry, and ironing to a high standard
- Running errands
- Shopping
- Light cooking family style
- Dog Walking
- Dealing with contractors
- Helping serve at dinner parties along with the House manager / Butler
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate for this role will be diligent, hard-working, reliable and have previous experience working in private households, and work well in a team.
A driving license is required – a car will be provided for work purposes.
Accommodation: 2 bedroom Stable block (all bills paid)
Hours: 40 hours 7:30 am – 4pm flexible for when family is in residence
Days: 5 days a week Monday - Friday working every other weekend time off will be given in Lieu
Salary: Live out up to £42,000 Gross per anum negotiable based on experinece
