Live out Housekeeper Job in Mayfair, London
A UHNW family are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to help with their five apartments based in Mayfair. The family's primary residence is not located in London, so the family and their hosts tend to visit approximately once a month for a maximum of a week each time and visits can be at short notice. The ideal candidate will be someone respectful, and conscious who could show flexibility. Previous work experience with UHNW family is required. They employ another full time Housekeeper / Property Manager who has been with the family for many years.
Duties to include.
Cleaning, laundry and ironing (sheets and towels are sent out)
General housekeeping duties
Manage the house
Property: 5 apartments over the 3 floors, 2 of them are being refurbished
Start date: As soon as the right person is found
Working week: Monday – Friday 8 hours per day when not in residence, and flexibility to work longer days and weekends when the family visits (overtime pay)
Overtime is compensated at 150% of the normal pay on weekdays and 200% on weekends.
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 gross per annum depending on experience
