Live out or Live In Senior Housekeeper Job in Mayfair, London
A lovely family of four are looking for a Senior Housekeeper to join their team of staff in their beautiful home in Mayfair. The couple have two daughters aged 8 and 2 years old. Their home is a mix of modern and antique furnishings, so it is essential that you have prior knowledge of how to care for delicate garments and sensitive high-end surfaces, artwork and antiques.
They currently employ a full time Housekeeper, a Driver and a Governess.
Duties to include:
Cleaning – including care of marble, artwork and antiques
Laundry – including care of fine fabrics
Ironing – to include linens and shirts
Packing and unpacking for the principal when they travel
Grocery shopping
Organising their home, cupboards and drawers, etc.
Dealing with deliveries and mail
Running errands
The ideal candidate would be switched on, have good housekeeping experience, and good communication skills and can be discreet.
Uniform will be provided
Pets: No
House: 5 bedroom Mews house over 4 floors.
Accommodation: Own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with shared staff living room. Separate entrance
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (occasional weekends with prior notice)
Salary: £Negotiable
