Nanny Job, West Calder/Edinburgh

Greycoat Lumleys are seeking an experienced Nanny for their client currently based in West Calder and looking to relocate to Edinburgh.

The role is to look after a 1 year old boy, the family would like a Nanny who stays with them for a number of years. Both parents travel with work, the Nanny may join them with the child on a trip on occasion.

This role will suit someone who is caring and active. The child enjoys lots of activities. The parents are happy to put the wellbeing of the child before housekeeping, if he has a long sleep then the Nanny will be required to do housekeeping mainly for the child, the bedroom, laundry and ironing.

Cooking for the child is included in the duties, from fresh ingredients.

There is a dog in the property. Speaking a second language would be an advantage.

Due to the location of the property Nannies with a car and clean licence are essential.

An up to date First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete the course is essential.

Salary: £30,000 GPA

Start: End February 2026

Hours: 8/8.30am to 4/4.30pm

Days: Monday to Friday
