A bright, articulate and meticulously organised PA is required to facilitate the seamless running of a businessman’s personal and professional affairs.
The ideal candidate will share the principal’s passion for delivering exceptional service and get satisfaction from seeing tasks through to completion.
This is a remote working role, although the position does involve occasional travel (including overseas), sometimes at short notice.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Extensive, inbox and correspondence management
Organising complex travel, sometimes at short notice
Research relating to the principal’s various projects
Implementing systems and processes to maximise efficiency
Checking of invoices, organising payments
Assessing / comparing service providers / products
Fleet management (including aircraft)
General project work
Key requirements and desirable attributes:
A minimum of 3 years’ PA experience
Thrives in a fast-paced working environment
Adaptable, flexible and willing to modify working patterns to align with those of the principal
Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise intelligently and highly effectively
Exceptional communication skills
Confident in and comfortable dealing with last minute changes and requests
Strong understanding of discretion and personal and professional boundaries, especially when dealing with the principal’s various teams
Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using Google Drive / Docs
A Spanish speaker would be an advantage, but this is not essential
Own transport and ability to travel at short notice
Start date: when the right candidate is found
Working hours: approximately 830am – 530pm Monday – Friday. Occasionally longer, depending on the current workload of the principal, and it will be required to be available out of hours within reason, even though this will only be occasional.
