Personal Assistant Job in Kent 

We are seeking a highly efficient, discreet, and proactive Assistant to support the Chairman / CEO of a growing property development company and the sales department. This role requires someone who is confident managing both business and personal responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations by managing communications, diaries, travel, meetings, and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales and rental activities including viewing coordination, liaising with agents, and sales progression

  • Manage and coordinate business and personal diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders

  • Monitor and manage the CEO’s inbox and email correspondence, draft responses where appropriate

  • Organise national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries

  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute action points/follow-ups as needed

  • Plan and coordinate business and personal events

  • Provide support in managing CEO’s Airbnb listings, including guest communication, booking coordination, and liaising with cleaners/maintenance

  • Handle ad hoc errands, personal tasks, and project support as needed

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Experience with sales / customer facing roles

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably within property or a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction

  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email tools

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to manage a wide variety of tasks

  • Comfortable dealing with both business and personal matters

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Work Environment:

  • Office-based 8-5 Monday - Friday

  • May include occasional evening or weekend availability depending on the CEO’s schedule

  • Friendly office with onsite parking
