Part time Housekeeper/Cook Job in Islington
A client of Greycoat Lumleys based in North London is seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Cook for a dynamic home with a mixed cultural background.
The family consists of four members, including two children aged 4 years and a baby. They already employ a Nanny; however, you must enjoy being around and engaging with children, as you will need to assist with the kids on the Nanny's days off.
The ideal candidate should be efficient, trustworthy, child-friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented.
The family would like someone warm and caring. Additionally, a passion for cooking various cuisines is preferred. Parking is available if needed.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Hands-on housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry and ironing
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Cooking family-style meals for the family
- Some occasional childcare – assist when the Nanny is not there
Nearest station: Angel / Highbury & Islington
Property: 3-bedroom apartment
Pets: None
Working days and hours: 20-25 hours per week, 5 days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday morning
Salary: £20 - £22 gross per hour (subject to experience)
Start date: As soon as the right person is found
