Payroll and Admin Assistant working for Greycoat Lumleys in our Head office
Immediate start- 5 days a week - office based - local
We are looking for a Payroll and Admin Assistant to join our Finance team in this exciting new role to assist in the efficient processing of the weekly temporary workers payroll. You will be joining a small finance team who work closely with our consultants to provide the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.
Duties include:
Processing of weekly timesheets through CRM System (Vincere)
Liaising with outsourced payroll company to ensure smooth processing of weekly payroll.
Point of contact on the telephone for client and candidate queries.
Updating files and records of New Starters and Leavers
Setting up and management of templates to apply pay rules to hours worked.
Process weekly amendments for pay adjustments and rate changes.
Manage candidates Holiday Pay
Generate exports of candidate hours for payroll run and invoicing.
Weekly invoicing of hours worked by temporary workers
Assisting with Audits
Filing
Other adhoc projects
Salary: £27,000 gpa
Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour week
