Payroll and Admin Assistant

Immediate start- 5 days a week - office based - local

We are looking for a Payroll and Admin Assistant to join our Finance team in this exciting new role to assist in the efficient processing of the weekly temporary workers payroll. You will be joining a small finance team who work closely with our consultants to provide the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.

Duties include:

  • Processing of weekly timesheets through CRM System (Vincere)

  • Liaising with outsourced payroll company to ensure smooth processing of weekly payroll.

  • Point of contact on the telephone for client and candidate queries.

  • Updating files and records of New Starters and Leavers

  • Setting up and management of templates to apply pay rules to hours worked.

  • Process weekly amendments for pay adjustments and rate changes.

  • Manage candidates Holiday Pay

  • Generate exports of candidate hours for payroll run and invoicing.

  • Weekly invoicing of hours worked by temporary workers

  • Assisting with Audits

  • Filing

  • Other adhoc projects

Salary: £27,000 gpa

Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour week
