Our client is a successful luxury property development and interior design firm. They are rapidly growing and are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance expert to maintain multiple properties, from ultra-modern to listed. All the properties are different from Commercial to Residential.
The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, extremely organised, hands-on, very presentable, and happy to work within a team. You do not need to be a qualified electrician, plumber, or carpenter, however, previous experience of working on the tools and/or property maintenance background is very desirable and you must be able to drive.
Duties include but not limited to:
Maintenance for up to 15 properties.
Liaising with team and contractors.
Daily meetings in the office.
Working days and hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with flexibility
Van and tools will be provided.
