Short Term Chef Job in St Tropez, France
A client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a short-term chef for their residence in St Tropez.
The family enjoys a variety of cuisines, with an emphasis on light, healthy dishes. You must be confident in catering to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, while also being able to prepare high-quality meat dishes. Meals are typically served family-style, though there will be occasions that call for more refined, 4–5 course dining.
- The start date for this job will be 1st July until 1st of September and end date.
- You would be expected to cook 5-6 days per week and it will be mainly be lunch and dinner. (there is a vegetarian in the family)
- You would be cooking for 4 people with it sometimes rising to 10-20 on special occasions
- The family love sharing platters, with lots of colourful dishes - there is no food allergies or intolerances in the family but please do clarify this before
- The style will be formal and informal service
- Salary for this role is approximately €5,000 euros per month
