Temp to Perm Nanny, Warren Street, December - End of Jan (or take on as perm)
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a flexible, proactive and engaging nanny to look after their 2 year old daughter.
The family are looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis but can offer a permanent job if the nanny and family feel there was a good connection. The family split their time between their two residences, one in London and the other in Cairo. (The temp booking will be in London only). However should this role go permanent, the nanny will be expected to travel with them to Cairo at least for 4 weeks at a time.
The little girl is at nursery two mornings a week. This time should be used to do some cooking for the child or arranging and organising classes.
Both parents are busy professionals who view organisation, communication and hygiene as an utmost priority in their home. This role will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care with the mother and grandmother so someone who is open to shared care is essential.
Experience with similar aged children, a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date first aid certificate are all essential for this role.
Duties:
- Working as part of a team in a fully staffed household
- Keeping the bedroom and play room clean, tidy and relevant
- Nursery runs and taking her to classes
- Educational play and child development
- Age appropriate educational activities and stimulation
- Age appropriate outings and trips
- Child related laundry
- Cooking healthy meals and oversee meal times
- International travel (if the role goes permanent)
Salary: £25 - £28 gross per hour
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9:00 – 18:00
Pets: None
Babysitting: up to 2x per week
Driving: Not required
Accommodation: Own bedroom in the family's luxury villa if travelling to Cairo
Language: Fluent in English
