A dynamic and creative Michelin trained Head Chef with twenty years of experience working in top London restaurants and high profile households.
He trained at Catering College where he gained and developed his strong cooking skills, before moving straight into a 2* Michelin restaurant where he remained for a year. He worked extremely long hours but enjoyed the job immensely and from here he moved up the ladder through many more Michelin restaurants. He has been working as a Chef/ House Manager in two very high profile private households. Both roles have been demanding but enjoyable. He has cooked not only for the family but catered for their dinner parties and other social events, something that demanded lots of planning and high quality execution. Not only is he a wonderful chef but he carried out House Manager duties including recruitment of household staff, chauffeuring, overseeing other staff, dealing with contractors and supervising works, daily house checks including security, arranging social events, writing weekly staff rotas and managing household stock.
