Ski Chefs & Cooks
Our Ski Chefs are skilled and experienced. They are used to providing guests with Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner, up to 6 days per week during the season. The calibre of our Chefs is second to none and we have many registered Ski Chefs who can prepare high quality cuisine, and possess excellent presentation skills. Our Ski Chefs will undertake
- All catering for chalet guests
- Food shopping and sourcing of local produce
- Budgeting and basic accounts
- Catering for special dietary requirements
- Menu planning, including discussing and communicating menus with guests prior to arrival and whilst in resort
We undertake annual in-resort recruitment drives to seek out top Candidates who are already working in the very best resorts.
