Profile: This candidate has a vast range of skills to pull from having worked on large 100m + boats, smaller 40m + yachts, private and busy charter yachts, Sail, and motor vessels. They have a B1/B2 and a keen drive for top quality food with the freshest of produce.

Profile: This is a unique person who has been in the yachting industry since 1989, as chief stew and then went on to co-write training manuals for aspiring crew to join yachting. They are looking to help boats work cohesively together as they know the time and effort that goes into crewing a boat and if the crew do not mesh well, then rather than get new crew, this candidate would be able to come in, scope out the problem from an outsider’s point of view and train where needed.
