Fantastic opportunity for a Couple in Sweden - formal client - 5 day work week

A family based in Stockholm is seeking a couple who can run their Private home a little like a boutique Hotel. They are quite discerning and hope that any prospective candidates respect their private space while carrying out heir duties. The position is a based around a 5-day working week and the two Principals (for who 95% of the work will be for) already employ a full time Housekeeper and full time House Manager, the role also comes with an apartment provided at no additional cost to the successful couple. The Couple being sought is of a very specific nature and additional details for the two individual roles completed by the couple can be found below.

The successful couple will be working in a beautiful and calm environment and have continuous interactions with the other staff members, such as the manager, housekeeper, maintenance person, gardener, and of course the family members.

It is important to enjoy working alone and with team members.

The House managers aim is to create a luxurious and intuitive service level on par or preferably better than the best-in-class smaller boutique hotels, giving the family all the extra small touches of quality and care whilst discreetly staying in the background and always being sensitive to the family’s needs.

The residences are all very different and no “staffing only areas” exists currently – therefore it is crucial all staff learns and are attentive to the “flow” and the ever-changing needs and schedules of the family members. The family are all very nice and polite and will engage in conversation at times. The family members safety and privacy are everyone’s responsibility. More details are explained in our Code of Conduct section of the handbook and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).

The House Manager aims for every member of the team to exceed expectations by anticipating their needs and wants, prior to a need or a want being requested- always
