Live in or Live out Housekeeper, Ascot
Greycoat Lumleys are seeking to recruit an experienced Housekeeper in Ascot. The client who is well known to Greycoat Lumleys, are excellent employer and only recently moved to the UK.
The client has two young adults’ children and two pet Kings Charles Cavalier Spaniels so it is essential that candidates who apply are both friendly towards children and family pets.
The property has 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are in constant use) which are en-suite and is seeking a detailed Housekeeper who takes pride in her work. In the true sense of the word, the successful candidate must be a Housekeeper who takes pride and puts things away nicely. The property is furnished with antique wooden furniture and care of old wood, gold leaf and velvet surfaces are important as well as silver polishing and meticulous care in all Housekeeping duties. The property does not have marble surfaces. The property is relatively new and well-furnished and seeks someone who is happy setting a table and taking care of aesthetic presentation and home organisation at all times. Light Household cooking duties are also required.

The client is seeking someone on a live-in basis and accommodation with its own entrance is offered free of charge.
The position is offered on a live-in basis with a 5-day work week (usually Sunday and Monday off) but of course, there should be flexibility offered as with any Private household role. The client is building a new property not far away from this currently rented home and would hope to find someone who can offer longevity and remain with the family long term when they move. Key buzzwords for applicants to be aware of are; maturity, professionalism and kindness.
Residence: 5 bedrooms house (2 bedrooms are in constant use), 3 bathroom, over 2 floor
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.30pm
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 GPA
Accommodation: separate studio with a bathroom and kitchen
Start: ASAP for the right candidate ( up 6 to 10 months, and can be extended)
