Live Out Head Housekeeper job in Mayfair – 1 Year Maternity Cover
A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys are looking for an experienced and hands on Head Housekeeper to work on a 1-year contract to cover Maternity leave. The family are not permanently based in the UK and spend between April/May – November in London, and the rest of the year overseas.
This is a family of 5 with three young children.
They also employ an Assistant House Manager, Housekeeper, Butler, Chef and a Nanny for each child.
Duties to include:
- Supervising 1 other Housekeeper until end of April/May
- Training & supervising temporary housekeeping staff from May – October when family are in residence
- Hands on housekeeping
Uniform: beige trousers, white polo top and apron
Food provided when Chef in residence.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent eye for detail, lead from the front and have experience in a similar role within a private household.
House: Large 2 storey Penthouse
Hours: When not in residence, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm /// When in residence, working a flexible 5 days on a rota basis, 6.30am start / 9.30pm finish
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 gross per annum
