Part-time Housekeeper Job, Alderley Edge, Cheshire - 19.5 hours per week - £18-20 per hour

Our client is looking for a child-friendly Housekeeper to join their family In Alderley Edge Cheshire.

The couple has 3 children aged 14, 12 and 7 years old.

Mum is hands-on with the children, and they also contract a cleaner and gardening team to work alongside this role.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, proactive, flexible, hard-working, energetic, switched on, humble, professional, enjoy being around and spending time with children and have good communication skills.   The client is looking for a Housekeeper who has a history of longevity with employers.

Duties:

  • Cleaning, laundry and ironing

  • Organising cupboards and wardrobes

  • Changing bed linen

  • Tidying up

  • Running errands

  • Being an extra pair of hands with the children

  • Occasional babysitting

  • Managing the cleaners, gardeners, overseeing trades and contractors.

  • BONUS: cooking healthy family-style meals for the family

The client is looking for candidates with a history of longevity on their CV, excellent references and an Enhanced DBS check.

Property: Large house over 4 floors with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms

Working days and hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8am – 2:30pm (hours flexible).

Rate: £18-20 per hour - self employed
