First off with a recommendation of her favourite London haunt is our PA/Office Manager, Charlie, with the ever popular Duck and Waffle.
The Duck and Waffle takes inspiration from Modern British and European cuisines and uses seasonal ingredients sourced from across the globe it boasts an impressive menu. The Duck and Waffle has stunning views across London as it’s based on the 40th floor of 110 Bishopsgate.
"One of my all-time favourite brunch spots is the Duck and Waffle, situated 40 floors above London city at 110 Bishopsgate. As a veggie, my usual go-to dish is the Duck egg en cocotte - with wild mushrooms, Gruyere, truffle and soldiers. However, you can’t go and NOT try their namesake dish, Duck & Waffle. This dish of crispy Duck leg confit, fried Duck egg, and mustard maple syrup – it smells divine! All topped off with one hell of a view!"
