Short Term Travelling Chef Job

Private Traveling Chef – Summer Residency (Greece) Location: Private residence, Greece Dates: 28th June – 24th August (approx. 8–9 weeks) Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day off) Accommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom with separate entrance provided Rate: £12,000 for the duration Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable private chef to travel with them from London and reside at their private home in Greece for the summer. This is a hands-on yet relaxed role, focused on healthy, high-quality food, excellent BBQ cooking, and thoughtful meal planning rather than constant formal service. While the expectation is up to three meals per day, in reality they will often be out for lunch and/or dinner. Flexibility, good judgement, and the ability to plan intuitively around their schedule are essential. The villa will host a minimum of four guests, with up to ten people at any one time.  Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare fresh, seasonal meals with a protein-forward, vegetable-led focus Prepare breakfast daily; lunch and/or dinner as required Confidently execute BBQ cooking (meat, fish, and vegetables) Plan weekly menus in advance, adapting to changes in schedule or guest numbers Shop locally for groceries, sourcing high-quality Mediterranean produce and proteins Maintain high kitchen standards, including cleanliness, food safety, and stock control Cater for larger-scale entertaining (10+ guests) when required Coordinate meals seamlessly around outings, travel days, and visiting guests  Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a private chef, yacht chef, chalet chef, or villa chef Strong BBQ skills (essential) Comfortable cooking healthy, simple yet elevated food Highly organised, self-sufficient, and proactive Confident sourcing and working with Mediterranean ingredients Calm, discreet, and professional approach Able to live on-site and commit for the full duration of the residency EU passport or legal right to work in Greece preferred (or ability to work/travel legally)  Working Conditions & Benefits Private accommodation provided (bedroom, bathroom, separate entrance) One full day off per week All groceries covered Flights to Greece covered

Private Chef – UHNW Family (UAE) ONLY CANDIDATES ALREADY BASED IN DUBAI WITH THEIR OWN VEHICLE SHOULD APPLY.  Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join a high-profile, family-oriented household in the UAE. The role requires a refined, flexible, and creative chef who can deliver restaurant-quality cuisine for a household of 2 adults and 4 children, while adapting to travel and changing schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong European and international culinary roots, experience working with HNW/UHNW families, and the ability to manage menus, sourcing, preparation, and service to exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities Cooking & Preparation Consistently prepare high-end, restaurant-quality meals with excellent taste and presentation. Serve typically lunch and dinner daily, with longer days including breakfast when required. Use only organic, high-quality, and approved ingredients. Prepare special dietary meals including Keto, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and children-friendly menus. Bake and create engaging, nutritious food for children. Family Preferences & Menu Planning Maintain detailed records of family preferences, favourite recipes, and ingredients for consistency. Create weekly menus combining staples, favourites, and innovative dishes. Communicate with the family to confirm selections in advance and ensure timely preparation and sourcing. Ensure continuity so another chef can step in smoothly on days off or during absence. Shopping & Stock Management Shop for the freshest organic ingredients, building menus around seasonal and exceptional products. Conduct daily inventory of pantry and perishables. Remove expired items immediately and ensure strict food safety standards. Avoid over-purchasing and minimise waste. Service & Kitchen Management Work closely with the Butler / Service Manager to ensure smooth service. Step in to serve meals personally when required. Maintain the kitchen, fridges, freezers and storage areas in immaculate, organised condition. Wash dishes and clean all food preparation areas thoroughly. Provide feedback to improve household service standards and protocols. Candidate Profile 3–5+ years’ experience as a Private Chef for HNW families with children. Strong background in European and international cuisine (preference for European-trained chefs). Confident cooking refined yet simple food at a consistently high standard. Experience with dietary requirements (Keto, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, children’s nutrition). Flexible with days and hours based on family needs.
