Her older sister, aged 13, is very self-sufficient. The family is also expecting a third child, due in April (around the beginning of employment). A maternity nurse will be employed for the first three months. The role will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care in a busy but laid-back household. Family often visits and the parents lead busy professional and social lives, so the ideal Nanny will be outgoing, friendly, and energetic but will also be able to remain calm and constant within that environment. The Nanny will be required to travel with the family, occasionally last-minute. Flexibility is essential, as is the ability to enter the USA (although the right to work is not required).
